TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. SCOPE AND RECOGNITION
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Dilyana Vladimirova Guy (the “Therapist”) and any person utilising the website or booking individual hypnotherapy sessions or group events (the “Client”). By interacting with this website or booking a service, you fully accept these Terms.

2. THE MANUAL BOOKING CONTRACT
Because this website does not utilise an automated booking checkout system, a legally binding service contract is established the moment a session or group event reservation is explicitly confirmed by the Therapist via email or WhatsApp, or when a manual invoice or payment link is issued to the Client.

3. MEDICAL AND THERAPEUTIC DISCLAIMER
The Client explicitly understands and agrees to the following:

  • The services offered are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
  • The Therapist does not diagnose mental disorders, prescribe medications, or perform medical treatments.
  • The Client is not going to attend a private or group session while being under the influence of any illegal substances.

4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling requests for individual private sessions must be submitted via email or text at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Late Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged the full session fee.
  • Time Zone Rule: Because the practice is registered in Spain, all session times, deadlines, and cancellation notice windows are calculated strictly based on Madrid time (CET/CEST), regardless of the Client’s physical location.

5. ONLINE SESSIONS AND TECHNICAL DISRUPTIONS
For online sessions conducted locally or internationally:

  • The Client is responsible for ensuring a private, quiet space and a stable internet connection.
  • If a technical connection drops during a session, the Therapist will immediately attempt to reconnect via an alternative platform or channel (such as WhatsApp audio or telephone).

6. GROUP EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS POLICY
For group events, whether hosted in person in Madrid or hosted online internationally:

  • Confidentiality: The Client agrees to respect the privacy of all other participants. What is shared or experienced by others during a group event must remain completely confidential.
  • Absolute Recording Ban: The audio or video recording of group events, workshops, or guided group meditations by participants is strictly prohibited to protect the privacy rights of all attendees. Violators will be removed immediately without a refund.
  • Refunds: Tickets for group events are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled event.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF AUDIO RECORDINGS
If the Therapist provides customised audio recordings, guided meditations, or event materials, these are for the Client’s personal, non-commercial use only. The Client may not copy, share, redistribute, or resell any audio or written material provided by the Therapist.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions, and any contractual or non-contractual disputes arising from them, are governed exclusively by Spanish law. The parties agree to waive any other jurisdiction and submit completely to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain.
